Policies / Terms of Use

Ordering
You may order from www.homosan.com using one of three methods: online, telephone, or snail mail using a personal check or money order. Our office hours are 9a.m. - 5p.m. Mon.-Thurs. & 9a.m. - 4p.m. Fridays: Pacific time. Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check by phone, and E-checks. To place an order with a credit card you must be the cardholder. If a credit card is denied, www.homosan.com will notify the customer. If the customer is not contacted, the order will be canceled.
Payment by Check

Orders placed with personal checks, will be held until the check clears the bank. Money orders and certified bank checks will be processed immediately. All checks returned will be charged a $20.00 service fee. Orders will not be sent until funds are collected. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a US bank in US funds.

Same day Shipping
Our policy is to ship all orders received before 2:00PM PT on the same day the order is placed. In many cases orders placed as late as 4:00PM PT can be shipped the same day.
International Shipping Policies

To insure that our customers get their orders in a timely fashion, we ship all International orders via UPS Worldwide Expedited Service. We make every effort to keep shipping costs reasonable, and we do not profit from our shipping rates.

Please be aware that the shipping charges applied to your order DO NOT include any brokerage fees, customs duties or taxes. Any additional customs fees that may or may not be applied to your order are done so at the discretion of your local customs department. Please contact them with any specific issues.

Be aware that if you refuse delivery on an order, we will be glad to issue you a refund. However, YOU will still be responsible for the original shipping costs, any customs duties or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
We are required by law to disclose the full amount of any package's contents, and we cannot alter this value.
Returns
Return Policy:
There are different conditions under which different products can be returned for a refund. Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling charges. All products may be returned within 30 days if they are unopened and are in resalable condition.  We recommend shipping with a carrier that offers insurance and package tracking. We are NOT responsible for damaged or lost returns.

Holidays
www.homosan.com will accept online orders, but is not open for business and will not ship orders on the following holidays:
Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Martin Luther King Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, New Year's Day
Please allow extra time for delivery if you place an order on or around one of these dates.

Privacy Statement
